OCTOBER 2011 Genstar Development Company and our associated home builder partners were pleased to participate in the 2011 Fall Parade of Homes by the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association which awarded our community's homes with 15 awards. The Winnipeg Parade of Homes showcased over 100 new homes, in 19 communities by 34 builders and is one of the largest in Canada. |

Twenty-four year old Christian Orme holds the title of first buyer in Calgary's newest southeast community of Walden. He has taken possession of his 1371 sq ft. semi-detached home built by Homes by Avi. Genstar recently presented him with a plaque commemorating this exiting milestone. |
