Genstar Development Company and our associated home builder partners were pleased to participate in the 2011 Fall Parade of Homes by the Manitoba Home Builders’ Association which took place from September 7th to October 8th. The Winnipeg Parade of Homes showcased over 100 new homes, in 19 communities by 34 builders and is one of the largest in Canada. Volunteers visited each of the 100 homes on the Parade and rated them on several considerations including: curb appeal, exterior design, workmanship, livability, kitchens and creativity in design. Genstar’s Winnipeg communities earned over a quarter of the awards presented. "Genstar has always valued the close relationship with our builder partners and strive to provide the highest quality craftsmanship for home buyers. Being recognized by the Builders’ Association with 15 awards is a true honor." said Jerry Klein, Vice President for Genstar in Winnipeg.
