Home to Genstar’s corporate headquarters, southern California has a diverse portfolio ranging from small suburban infill communities to large 1,200-acre master planned communities.

GDC Communities has invested over 250 million since 2008 in California residential real estate projects.

Los Angeles & Orange county have been successful locations, where GDC delivered 283 units to homebuyers since 2012.

Since 2010, GDC has been an active participant in the Inland Empire market, including the purchase of distressed real estate and partnering with builders to construct homes throughout the region, totaling over 1,500 residential units to date.
